This, 208 m2 large, beautiful wooden house, is located outside of La Orotava in a quiet side street, which is traveled mostly by the few neighbors. A large garden surrounds almost the entire house.

To the street side, house is surrounds with a stone wall with a wooden fence. About a stone path, you reach the wooden door. All windows on this site are provided with shutters. All windows have typical internal shutters, which are integrated in the window frame. On the right side of the entrance you will found an artfully and lovingly decorated bathroom. It is equipped with a massage shower.

The living room with parquet floor and high, spectacular wood ceiling has a very special eye-catcher. A fireplace surrounded by a stone wall, invites you to dream. Through a glass door you succeed on the big balcony with beautiful views of Mount Teide, the sea and the Orotava Valley.
The open kitchen, with wooden furniture, offers plenty of space and is equipped with all necessary electronic equipment.

On the left side of the entrance you will found two bedrooms. They are fitted with wardrobes. Both rooms have parquet floors and wooden ceiling beams, which gives them a very romantic atmosphere. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the sea and the garden.

A spiral staircase brings you to the basement, which is almost as big as the house. Three spacious rooms can be used in many ways. You can use them, for example, as a guest apartment. Connections for a further bathroom and a kitchen are already available. You can also use them for more bedrooms or as a hobby room.

In the garden there are two storage rooms and a large, open parking area for up to 4 vehicles. This area could also be used as a garden terrace.
